Genanalytics - tracking may become compulsory for firms

Professor Lesley Sawers gave attendees at dinner at Cromlix a great insight into the need for tracking of the number of employees by gender in future and how Genanalytics will be able to solve that problem. Together will fellow director, Jane Gotts, Professor Sawers mentioned the ever increasing need for Government to track gender balance in businesses and how the new software in development will help businesses to do this efficiently and effectively.

Gender balance on boards continues to be heavily weighed towards men despite a large number of women being capable of running boards and keen to do so. Registering interest in applying for these roles still does not result in many appointments compared to the number of applicants. An interesting and insightful discussion over a lovely dinner at Cromlix.

Thanks to Lesley and Jane for attending.
