A group of ladies were allowed access to the RBS Boardroom in St Andrews Square and treated to a wonderful half day of director training with Meena Karawadhra. Buffet lunch was courtesy of RBS. Many thanks to Yvonne Greeves for the planning and organisation of the venue. We are now well trained up on how to deal with different personalities and specific staff or problem areas were tackled in confidence as well which was wonderful. Everyone came away with at least one aim for the forthcoming year I should imagine and thanks to Meena we managed to cover 3 full day courses in a half day session. Being entrepreneurs our requirements are demanding at times!
